The bunches are selected and manually harvested. Then, are carried in boxes of 20 kilograms each towards the winery so as to prevent them from crushing or smashing.
The wine is produced in Stainless Steel tanks, fermented with indigenous yeasts and integrated with “French oak staves for 6 months”.
It is made with grapes with organic and biodynamic certification.
The packaging is 100% ecological (painted bottle, natural cork, recycled cardboard box.)
It was awarded the Top Gold Medal at the International Organic Wine Award in Germany for 3 consecutive years.
